Metromotion Controls is a Melbourne control systems integrator, founded in 2012, with most of our work in food, beverage and dairy plants. From Mount Waverley, we deliver industrial automation, PLC and SCADA programming, HMI design, control panel engineering, commissioning and ongoing supportfor production sites across Australia. What sets us apart is how deeply we understand manufacturing and process. We read the P&ID and walk the plant, so we know how the process is meant to behave before any code is written, from pump control and water hammer to the thermal, pressure and level loops that hold product quality. The control system is then built around how the line actually runs.

We treat your production as the real goal of every project, not only a finished installation. We stay close to our client sites long after startup, supporting breakdowns, brownfield upgrades, data systems and new line integrations, and helping measure and improve how each line performs over time. Many of our clients have been with us since the early days and have grown steadily since, and we have been part of that journey.
