When you submit a contact form or project scoping form, we collect the details you provide so our team can review the enquiry and respond. This may include your name, company, email, phone number, project type and project notes.
Website analytics
We use PostHog analytics to understand page views, service interest, button clicks, form completion, device type, approximate location and session behaviour. This helps us improve page structure, service content and enquiry flow.
Analytics events do not intentionally include contact names, email addresses, phone numbers or free-text project messages. Form fields are masked for session recordings.
How we use this information
We use enquiry data to respond to you and manage potential project discussions. We use aggregated analytics to understand what visitors are interested in, which pages need improvement and where users may be dropping out.
