What We Do

Industrial automation services for production sites

Metromotion Controls delivers industrial automation services from Melbourne for food, beverage, dairy and FMCG production sites, covering PLC and SCADA, control panels, OT networks, safety, commissioning and support. We start with the process behind the P&ID so greenfield projects, line upgrades, legacy migrations and live-site troubleshooting are scoped around how the plant actually runs.

Frequently asked questions

Can I engage Metromotion Controls for one service or a full project?

Both. We take on single-scope work such as PLC programming, a control panel design or a commissioning support package, as well as full turnkey delivery from P&ID review through electrical design, programming, FAT, SAT and handover.

Do you work with our existing PLC and SCADA platforms?

Yes. We work across Rockwell, Siemens, Ignition, AVEVA, Citect, Schneider and Omron, and design around your installed base rather than forcing a platform change. Where there is no existing standard, we recommend one based on your site and support model.

How does a typical engagement start?

Most engagements start with a site assessment of the installed controls, production constraints, drawings and support needs. From there we scope deliverables, exclusions, acceptance checks and timing before any work begins.

Do you provide ongoing support after a project?

Yes. We offer support contracts, planned maintenance, remote and onsite fault response and continuous improvement work after go-live. Where we already know the installed base, site routines and production constraints, that context helps us diagnose faults and plan improvements faster.
