Metromotion Controls is a Melbourne control systems integrator. We design, program, commission and support PLC, SCADA, HMI, control panel and OT network systems for food, beverage, dairy and FMCG manufacturers across Australia, from greenfield plants through to legacy upgrades.
Which automation platforms do you work with?
We work across Rockwell Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Ignition, AVEVA Wonderware, Citect SCADA, Schneider and Omron. As an Ignition Gold Certified Integrator and Rockwell PartnerNetwork member, we recommend platforms based on your installed base and support model rather than a single vendor.
Do you support production sites after commissioning?
Yes. Around 80% of our work comes from existing clients. We provide breakdown response, planned maintenance, fault finding and continuous improvement long after handover, using site knowledge from earlier projects to resolve issues faster.
Can you carry out control changes without stopping production?
Control changes are scoped around live production, shutdown windows, operator routines and maintenance access. Legacy migrations and upgrades are planned for installed risk and production continuity so the line keeps running through the work.
